Ismael Nabe is the advisor to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Guinea on Public Private Partnerships and Investment matters since July 2020. Prior to joining the Prime Minister Office, Mr. Nabe was co-founder and Vice President of MAPE (Malaysian African Professionals & Entrepreneurs) where he provided leadership and oversight to strengthening economic ties and business partnerships between Malaysia, ASEAN and Africa.
He sits on a number of Advisory Boards including MAPE, PEREIRA International, World Start up Festival & African Confederation of SMEs. He is a keynote speaker and regular panelist at many leading global conferences such as World Government summit (UAE), MEDEF , Guinea Investments Forum – GUIF , Dubai Expo 2020 (UAE), Guinea Industrialization Fair ,Smart Africa ( Rwanda), Youth African Connect (Rwanda), Langkawi International Dialogue (Malaysia & Tanzania), World Islamic Economic Forum (Indonesia), Africa Business Day (Malaysia), and TICAD (Japan). He works closely with key Banks and Financials Institutions around the world such as African Development Bank , Ecowest Investments and Development Bank( EBID), BPI France, UK Finance Export ( UKEF), Islamic Development Bank ( IDB),India Exim Bank and Afrixim Bank etc…
He holds Telecommunication Engineering degrees from the International Islamic University of Malaysia and is currently pursuing a Ph.D from the University of Malaya. Ismael Nabe speaks English, French, Spanish, Arabic & Malay.
