Mark Joel Byaruhanga is an Information and Communications Technology professional with major interest in Cyber Security. He currently works as an Aide/Private Secretary for His Excellency the President of Uganda- Gen. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni in charge of Information and Communications Technology at State House Uganda where he has earned a reputation as an avid team player, quick thinker and problem solver
Mark is a team member on various government of Uganda programs that include; Project Implementation Team of the Unified Collaboration Messaging System (NITA-U), the Joint Development Team of the National Security Information System (NIRA).
He is enthusiastic and supports the presidential initiatives for job creation for the youth through Information and Communications Technology as one of the Key sectors of focus by the government of Uganda.
He is also a CEO and Founder of the Nomad Investments Limited, a consultancy company registered in Uganda
He has been a member of the CPTM and Smart Partnership Movement for 14 years and served as National Coordinator for the Smart 29ers-Uganda.
